Not surprisingly, with yesterday's strong winds and without sunshine, warm air temps or an east wind overnight the water temp this morning was a bone chilling 53 degrees. A little too cool for us to venture out for a swim this morning. (...upon return to the parking lot we also found out that not even Senor Loco James couldn't last more than 2 minutes in the water this morning!)
With today's forecast calling for sunny skies and a high in the 80's current hopes are that the water temps will rebound during the day. We'll try again at 4:30 this afternoon to log a swim.
