Clay in the water?

Next swims: Thurs, 6pm; Fri, 6am and 6pm

Last swim: Thurs 6am
Water Temp: 59 from Showgirl; 57 from Capt'n
Water clarity: still pretty foggy, you have to imagine seeing the bottom
Waves: flat, with some slight ripples on the way back
Kru: Scuba, Capt'n, Ziggy, Showgirl, Julie, Magic Mike

On the walk down the path Scuba was commenting on our water clarity issues. He said the foggy water was due to clay washing off the banks up in Mequon and being pushed south toward us by those northerly winds earlier in the week. Perhaps those same conditions are responsible for the drop in water temps. I squeezed into my wetsuit for this morning's swim. I think Ziggy did, too. Scuba too. But Capt'n, Showgirl and Julie toughed it out. Props.
