28 consecutive days...

Next Swims:
   Wed 8/15 6AM & 6PM
   Thurs 8/16 6AM

Last Swim:  Tue 8/14 6PM
Water Temps:  73.2
Air Temp: 76
Waves:  calm
Water Clarity: crystal clear

Today was the 28th consecutive day and 39th of 40 that we've recorded a water temp above 70.  An absolutely amazing stat especially when you consider that typically we have 10-15 scattered over the course of a Lake Michigan swim season...or at least that has been my experience over the last 6 years of swimming from Klode.

You guys should come out and enjoy the water this saturday around 2:30 or 3pm. I've got a group of ex-competitive wisconsin swimmers who are gearing up to swim from Klode to Big Bay. We anticipate getting there aroudn 2:30 (this time is approximate - sorry for our lack of promptness). Everyone is invited to come swim. We can make a big open water swim of it. If any of those triathletes want some competition, saturday is the day!
