Friday September 25 @ 6am.
Saturday September 26 TBA (noon and then an end of the season trip to the Hubbard Park Beer Garden for Barktoberfest? Or 7 pm to see the Super Moon, then off to Lisa's or CPK or some such place thereafter?)

You can tell the season is getting later:
As they stroke along through the water, swimmers are hitting golden leaves that have fallen off the trees.
We are almost making it back to the beach, before the sun breaks over the horizon.
None of the official bloggers show up to blog.
But the Patriarch is scheduled to return on Saturday, our long national nightmare will soon be over, that's as good a reason as any to celebrate. Please see the above re potential times for a swim and a celebration on Saturday. Post your preferences or suggestions
