Seeing the light

Beach: Klode
Water temp: 60
Waves: slightly rippled sheet of glass
Water Clarity: Cloudy but blue
Crew: Gabriel, Capt'n
Next Swim: Sunday 1PM Klode

Overcast and cool. That's pretty much been the norm this week for weather. When Gabriel and I arrived at the beach today little had changed...an air temp in the upper 50's and cloudy skies.

The absence of any waves or current made our trip up to and back from the rock wall seemingly effortless. Upon arriving at the rock wall we were pleasantly surprised to see a familiar friend...the sun. This skies above the rock wall were clear and blue. Looking back at Klode interestingly, the skies remained overcast. A strange but very welcome sight as seeing the sun, albeit for just a bit, was better than what we've experienced all week.

The plan is to return to Klode at 1pm Sunday to continue our progress towards swim day number 100....only 11 more days to go!
