A nice day for a dip

Beach: Klode
Water temp: 53
Air Temp: 62
Waves: 1ft - slight chop from southeast
Water Clarity: cloudy
Crew: Brad, Gabriel, Gumdrop, Capt'n
Next Swim: Klode 4:30 PM Monday

In terms of weather conditions its been a rough month. Opportunities to swim under sunny skies have been rare commodity and having the chance to swim under sunny skies with an air temp above 60 have been virtually non-existent. So Sunday's conditions were certainly a very welcome reprieve for us.

It was nice to have Brad back with us for Sunday's swim adventure. Although we still feel a bit empty without The Patriarch. Oh where-o-where is The Patriarch???

Sunday's swim took us from Klode's southeast beach up past Cedar Grove...as a few of the trees no longer have leaves it was a bit of a challenge to pick out the Cedar Grove landmark from where we were swimming. A slight chop from the southeast made for a bit more of a challenge coming home but were a pleasant change from the stiff currents experienced at the end of last week.

Only six more days until our opportunity to log a November swim! :)
