Waves: moderately choppy with increasing easterly winds
Clarity: clear
Crew: Itch, Mr. Bubbles, Dragonfly, Handyman Hank, Ziggy with shore support from Capt'n & very late appearance by Diablo
Had we swum just a few minutes earlier the swim conditions would have been sunny with calm winds and temps around 70. As misfortune would have it, just as Ziggy and Dragonfly were putting the finishing touches on their swim outfits the winds would suddenly increase from the east, the sun would vanish behind darkening clouds and the temps would plunge to the low 50's. Ahhhh, summer in Wisconsin, there's nothing like it!
Despite the conditions, the Kru still got er' done. Here's a little video short of today's adventure. Enjoy!
