Next Swim: Klode 4PM Sunday
After two days of huge waves there was just something about the glass like lake surface that looked odd Saturday. It was almost as if a huge steamroller had flattened the entire lake as barely a ripple could be seen all the way out to the horizon.
This was probably our coldest swim ever...by just a few tenths of a degree. The thermometer read a constant 52.1 and occasionally would flash a 51.9 before jumping back to 52.1.
Due to time constraints we kept the swim short. (...as I had a most excellent Halloween party to finish preparing for...stay tuned for pictures!) Our swim took us from Klode's southeast beach up to the garage and back.
Due to a 10K race Sunday morning and the Packer game we plan to swim Sunday at 4pm.
