According to an article in today's JSOnline, a Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge has reversed a decision from a Shorewood Municipal Court, and ruled that that members of the public can walk on the beach below the ordinary high water mark.
It is possible that the Village of Shorewood will appeal the decision.
