Changing it up, big time.  After weeks of clear and relatively calm waters - a Beach Hazard is issued - Emergency, emergency, everybody to get from beach

A previous version of this announcement specifically mentioned 3-5 foot waves, and it specifically called out Atwater and a few others (but not Klode) as particularly dangerous.  Wondering if they took that off, fearing it would be seen as an advertisement for surfers (at Atwater, right?)
