Arrived fashionably late at 6:10 to see Patriarch, Hank and Synchro standing around, looking out on the water, but still in street clothes. Super Hera was donning her wetsuit and a couple of swim caps swimming southbound. What's the verdict? Super Hera dares me to guess - below 50? Nope. 51

Patriarch, Hank and Synchro have decided that their love is not deep enough to go in. Super Hera and Mr. Bubble's love is deep enough to go in, but with some protection. Itch and Ms. Lamprey's love couldn't be deeper - they give the lake their unconditional love

I’m the lucky TriWI/ Klode Kru member who won an entry to Ironman Wisconsin 2019. I thought my full IM 140.6 days were over but fate decided otherwise. So I have decided to bring a worthy cause to my training and event participation. I am dedicating my race to fighting ALS and fundraising for the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
