Water Temp: 71, at least ten degrees warmer than the air this morning
Waves: 2 foot rollers
Water Clarity: Poor near beach, but clear further out
Crew: Nanook, Wonder Woman, Diablo, Monica, Ann, David, Patriarch
Wetsuit/Skin: 3/4
A dreary morning on the beach. Cloudy, misty and cool. But the water was warm and the surf was up. Not the choppy difficult to negotiate waves we saw this past weekend, but well organized consistent two foot rollers, much easier swimming once you get past the breakers.
I'll be back tonight at 6PM. I can't get enough of this warm water and great swimming.

Just for the record, Ben and I swam at 5:30 pm on August 11th. Temp in low 70s. Gentle rollers. Fairly clear past rocks. 2 wetsuits. Great swim!
This morning's swim was romantic and lovely with the misty skies and raindrops and large gently rolling swells. I wish I could come back tonight!!!
