If anybody is interested after the track workout tonight, I'll be out for a quick dip circa 7:30ish.

I hope we have a good turn out for the GTBFTOTB night. Many hands make for light work, even if (given the nature of the task) a good deal of the team sits around a good deal of the time. I'll bring a shovel, big mutt, pickaxe and trowels. The excavation takes a while, as there is a lot of sand and water that needs to be removed from the tire, before we can roll it along the beach. Bringing a long a pair of gloves is a good idea, as the sand is abrasive, when you are trying to roll the tire. If someone wants to be the photo documentarian, that's good too. If the night is nice, may be Estabrook Beer Garden post tireectame?
Will ther be any actual swimming tonight? I am hoping to get in an hour or so.
Alas, I don't think I will be there to assist tonight.

On Friday from 11:00 to 1:00, the Triathalon swim course will be open for practice. Does anyone want to meet at Discovery World to swim the course
I'll be at Discovery World ready to swim at 11:15 if anyone wants to swim their lunch.
