Hey gang. After 11 months (I checked my swim 2009 log - my last swim at Klode was 9/24), I made my return to Klode this evening for a beauiful solo swim near sunset. 5k run around the Klode path (8 laps and a pinch) followed by 22 minute swim, probably about 1500m. Shoulder still tight and sore but at least I didn't feel it as I was numb after 10 minutes. The temp was low 60's - of course, no wetsuit for me! Catch everyone there soon. Hopefully, Thursday morning.
